1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our premises, calling our helpline, sending us an email, or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PRASUK Research Institute for Medical Education Pvt. Ltd. (operating as Prime Diagnostics). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Prime Diagnostics provides diagnostic imaging and neurophysiology services including, but not limited to:
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
- Computed Tomography (CT Scan)
- Electroencephalography (EEG)
All services are performed by trained and qualified medical personnel and interpreted by licensed radiologists or neurophysiologists. Our centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including all public holidays.
3. Medical Disclaimer
⚠️ Important: Diagnostic reports issued by Prime Diagnostics are intended to assist qualified medical practitioners only. They do not constitute a clinical diagnosis or a treatment recommendation in themselves.
Patients must consult their treating physician or specialist for clinical interpretation of results and for all treatment decisions. We are not liable for any clinical decisions made based solely on our reports without appropriate qualified medical consultation.
Where a radiologist identifies an urgent or potentially life-threatening finding, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate this promptly to the patient and/or their referring physician.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments may be scheduled at any time by calling +91 91090 04477 or +91 72249 17855, or by emailing prime@prasuk.in. Walk-ins are welcome 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Patients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete registration and safety screening.
- Cancellations should be notified at least 4 hours in advance to allow the slot to be reallocated to another patient.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to equipment maintenance or emergency operational requirements; prior notice will be provided where possible.
- Repeated no-shows without cancellation may result in advance payment being required for future bookings.
5. Patient Responsibilities
For your safety and to ensure the quality of your diagnostic study, patients are required to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical history, current medications, and allergy information before any scan.
- Declare all metallic implants, pacemakers, cochlear implants, or other electronic devices before an MRI scan.
- Disclose any known or suspected pregnancy before undergoing a CT scan or any contrast-enhanced study.
- Follow all pre-procedure instructions provided by our staff (e.g., fasting requirements for certain CT studies).
- Behave respectfully towards all staff and other patients while on our premises.
Prime Diagnostics accepts no liability for adverse outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate patient disclosure.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment for services is due at the time of registration, prior to the scan, unless prior credit arrangements have been made in writing.
- We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer. All applicable taxes are included in the quoted price.
- Service charges are subject to periodic revision; the applicable fee will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Refunds will only be considered where a service has not been rendered due to equipment failure or clinical unsuitability confirmed in writing by our medical staff.
- Refunds for late cancellations (less than 4 hours' notice) are at the discretion of management.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, PRASUK Research Institute for Medical Education Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our diagnostic services.
- Clinical decisions made by third parties based on our reports without appropriate medical consultation.
- Equipment malfunction, power outages, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought onto our premises.
Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by the patient for the specific service in question.
8. Intellectual Property
All diagnostic images, reports, branding materials, and website content are the intellectual property of PRASUK Research Institute for Medical Education Pvt. Ltd. Diagnostic reports and images may be used solely for the patient's personal medical care. Reproduction, publication, or distribution for any commercial purpose without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page. Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
